Moreno's Contracting recently completed a partial roof replacement in Camden, NJ for a new client dealing with imperfections in their roof. The client Ms. Walker, had dealt with another contracting company in the past to install a new roof. Recently she saw that parts of her roof were pooling up with water and wasn't draining properly. Ms. Walker tried reaching out to the other contracting company but they did not answer at any of her attempts at contacting them. Ms. Walker eventually sought out a new contracting company and discovered our team at Moreno's Contracting. Upon seeing our previous work and our glowing reviews Ms. Walker reached out to our team, we answered her call the first time around, and provided her with an estimate for her roof.
Ms. Walkers previous roof was improperly installed and did not have a proper slope for effective drainage. This lead to the pools of water on Ms. Walkers roof. Our team replaced a section of Ms. Walkers roof adding in a drainage slope which ultimately will save her thousands on having to get an entirely new roof. If she had let this water pooling go on any longer she would have experienced water leaks and immense water damage in her home. Ms. Walker was very pleased with the work we did, and is happy that she wont have to deal with water damage in her home from water pooling on the roof.
